56 DELUXE is a premier blues showcase band available for concerts, opening acts, festivals, competitions and private events.
56 DELUXE was formed when Kenny and Avery met up again in 2005, after not seeing each other for over 2 decades. They had last played together in 1979. They started jamming together again and 56 DELUXE was born.
The name 56 DELUXE came about when Kenny was playing Avery’s Fender deluxe reverb amp and liked the way DELUXE looked on the amp. Kenny & Avery were both born in 1956, hence the name 56 DELUXE. The band splits its time between its three bases of Arizona, Washington DC metro and South Florida areas. They specialize in playing concerts, festivals, large venues and opening acts throughout the United States.
