AZ KENNY TSAK/Like I Do: “Here’s one of those fun anomalies, a middle aged white guy regrouping his love of blues guitar after a 30 year lay off surrounding himself with babes to complete his show line up. Would you expect this to suck? Probably. Does it? No, not nearly. Everything about this should holler “Velveeta” but it doesn’t. Tsak brings the same kind of passion to his work as Hank Williams Jr does to his which is why things you don’t think will work do in the end. White boy blues is tough enough to pull off in the first place but Tsak certainly has us wanting to hear more. By all means, check it out, you’ll be surprised what a winner this is.” |
